Lotus uygulaması ("Uygulama"), TUS hazırlığı için aralıklı tekrar ve ders notu sunan bir mobil eğitim uygulamasıdır. Bu belge, Uygulama'yı kullanırken hangi kişisel verilerinizin işlendiğini, hangi amaçla işlendiğini ve haklarınızı açıklar.

1. Veri Sorumlusu

Veri sorumlusu, Lotus uygulamasını "lodlabs" markası altında geliştiren gerçek kişi Özberk Dicle'dir. İletişim: support@lodlabs.com

2. İşlenen Kişisel Veriler

Hesap bilgileri: E-posta adresi, adınız (kayıtta yazdıysanız ya da Google veya Apple ile girişte bu hizmetlerden geldiyse), hesabınıza atanan kullanıcı kimliği ve şifre (şifre yalnızca Firebase Authentication tarafından hash'lenmiş halde tutulur, biz okuyamayız; Google veya Apple ile girişte şifreniz bize gelmez).
Çalışma verileri: Kart ilerlemeniz (hangi kartı ne zaman gördüğünüz, FSRS algoritmasının ürettiği tekrar zamanları, doğru/yanlış istatistikleri), çalışma defteriniz (her kart tekrarının zamanı ve verdiğiniz değerlendirme), açtığınız konular ve son çalıştığınız yer, favorileriniz, sildiğiniz veya düzenlediğiniz kartlar, günlük yeni kart limiti gibi çalışma ayarlarınız.
Sınav ve plan bilgileri: Girdiğiniz sınav tarihi ve çalışma planınız, seçtiğiniz hediye ders.
Uygulama kullanım verileri: Hangi ekran ve konuların açıldığı, ne kadar süre kullanıldığı, abonelik ekranındaki adımlar gibi kullanım olayları; sınav döneminiz (yalnızca ay), erişim türünüz (ücretsiz, hediye, abone) ve hediye dersiniz (Firebase Analytics aracılığıyla). Bu kayıtlara hesabınızın kullanıcı kimliğini, e-postanızı veya adınızı eklemeyiz; ancak uygulama kurulumuna özgü bir kimlik, cihaz bilgisi ve ülke/bölge gibi genel konum bilgisi taşırlar, bu yüzden tümüyle anonim değildirler. Bu veriler reklam veya kullanıcı takibi için kullanılmaz; cihaz reklam kimliği (IDFA, Android reklam kimliği) toplanmaz.
Teknik veriler: Uygulamanın kararlılığı için cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi versiyonu gibi teknik bilgiler ve çökme raporları. Çökme raporları, hesaba özgü sorunları (örneğin ilerleme kaybı) teşhis edebilmemiz için hesabınızın kullanıcı kimliğiyle etiketlenir ve son kullanım olaylarını içerebilir; anonim değildir.
Abonelik bilgileri: Aboneliğinizin durumu ve satın alma kaydı. Aboneliği hesabınızla eşleştirmek için kullanıcı kimliğiniz RevenueCat'e iletilir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz; ödeme App Store veya Google Play üzerinden yapılır.

3. İşleme Amaçları ve Hukuki Sebep

Hesabınızı oluşturmak ve giriş yapmanızı sağlamak (sözleşmenin ifası, KVKK m.5/2-c).
Çalışma verilerinizi cihazlar arasında senkronize etmek ve kaybolmaya karşı yedeklemek (sözleşmenin ifası).
Aboneliğinizi doğrulamak ve erişiminizi sağlamak (sözleşmenin ifası).
Uygulamayı geliştirmek, hataları tespit etmek (meşru menfaat, KVKK m.5/2-f).
Yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi (KVKK m.5/2-ç).

4. Verilerin Saklanma Yeri ve Üçüncü Taraflar

Verileriniz Google Firebase altyapısında (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) saklanır. Firebase, Google LLC tarafından işletilir ve veriler yurt dışında Google sunucularında tutulabilir. Açık rızanız, bu hizmeti kullanarak Uygulama'ya kaydolmanız anlamına gelir.

Kullanılan hizmetler:

Firebase Authentication — kimlik doğrulama (Google ile Giriş ve Apple ile Giriş dahil)
Firebase Firestore — çalışma verilerinizin ve planınızın yedeklenmesi
Firebase Analytics — hesap kimliğinizle ilişkilendirilmeyen kullanım istatistikleri
Firebase Crashlytics — kullanıcı kimliğinizle etiketlenen çökme raporları
RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., ABD) — App Store ve Google Play aboneliğinin doğrulanması ve yönetimi

Verileriniz reklam ağlarına, veri brokerlarına veya pazarlama amaçlı üçüncü taraflara satılmaz veya kiralanmaz.

5. Çevrimdışı Veri

Çalışma verilerinizin tamamı cihazınızda da (Hive yerel veritabanı) tutulur. Çevrimdışıyken bile Uygulamayı kullanabilirsiniz; veriler internet bağlantısı geri geldiğinde senkronize olur. Çalışma hatırlatmaları cihazınızda yerel olarak planlanır. Çalışma verilerinizin buluta yedeklenmesini Ayarlar → Yedekleme bölümünden açıp kapatabilirsiniz.

6. Saklama Süresi

Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır. Çalışma defteri kayıtları bulutta en çok 24 ay tutulur. Hesabınızı silmek için iki yol vardır:

Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil yolunu izleyerek hesabınızı doğrudan silebilirsiniz. Bu işlem anında gerçekleşir; hesabınız, buluttaki (Firestore) verileriniz ve bu cihazdaki yerel verileriniz kaldırılır.
E-posta ile: support@lodlabs.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; talebiniz 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.

Şu kayıtlar uygulama içi silmeyle birlikte silinmez:

Çökme raporları (Crashlytics): en geç 90 gün içinde kendiliğinden silinir.
Abonelik kaydı (RevenueCat): kendiliğinden silinmez; support@lodlabs.com adresine yazarsanız 30 gün içinde silinir.
Kullanım istatistikleri (Analytics): hesap kimliğinizle ilişkili olmadığından hesabınızla eşleştirilerek silinemez; Google Analytics saklama süresi dolunca silinir.
Satın alma kayıtları: Apple ve Google tarafından kendi koşullarına göre tutulur.

Hesabı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez; aboneliğinizi App Store veya Google Play'den ayrıca iptal etmeniz gerekir.

7. Haklarınız (KVKK m.11)

Veri sahibi olarak; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama, taşıma ve itiraz hakkına sahipsiniz. Bu haklarınızı kullanmak için support@lodlabs.com adresine yazabilirsiniz.

8. Çocuklar

Uygulama TUS adayları için tasarlanmıştır ve 13 yaş altı kullanıcıları hedeflemez. 13 yaş altı bir kullanıcının veri girdiğini fark edersek hesap silinir.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu metin güncellenebilir. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içi bildirim yapılır.

Lotus ("the App") is a mobile education app providing spaced-repetition flashcards and lecture notes for the Turkish Medical Specialty Exam (TUS). This document explains what personal data we process, why, and your rights.

1. Data Controller

The data controller is Özberk Dicle, an individual developer operating under the "lodlabs" brand. Contact: support@lodlabs.com

2. Data We Process

Account data: Email address, your name (if you entered it at sign-up or it came from Google or Apple sign-in), the user ID assigned to your account, and password (passwords are stored only as hashes by Firebase Authentication; we cannot read them; with Google or Apple sign-in we never receive your password).
Study data: Your card progress (review timestamps, FSRS scheduling state, correct/incorrect counts), your review log (the time and rating of each card review), topics you opened and where you last studied, favorites, edited or deleted cards, and study settings such as your daily new card limit.
Exam and plan data: The exam date you enter, your study plan, and the gift course you choose.
Usage data: Usage events such as which screens and topics are opened, for how long, and steps on the subscription screen, plus your exam term (month only), access type (free, gift, subscriber) and gift course (via Firebase Analytics). We do not attach your account's user ID, email or name to these records, but they carry an identifier specific to the app installation, device information and general location such as country or region, so they are not fully anonymous. Not used for advertising or cross-app tracking; we do not collect device advertising identifiers (IDFA, Android advertising ID).
Technical data: Device model, OS version, etc., and crash reports, used for stability. Crash reports are tagged with your account's user ID so we can diagnose account-specific problems (such as lost progress) and may include recent usage events; they are not anonymous.
Subscription data: Your subscription status and purchase record. Your user ID is sent to RevenueCat to match the subscription to your account. We never see your payment details; payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play.

3. Purposes and Legal Basis

To create your account and authenticate you (performance of a contract).
To sync and back up your study data across devices (performance of a contract).
To verify your subscription and provide access (performance of a contract).
To improve the app and diagnose bugs (legitimate interest).
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Storage Location and Third Parties

Your data is stored in Google Firebase infrastructure (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics). Firebase is operated by Google LLC and data may be stored on Google servers located outside Turkey. By signing up, you consent to this transfer.

Services used:

Firebase Authentication — sign-in (including Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple)
Firebase Firestore — backup of your study data and plan
Firebase Analytics — usage stats not associated with your account ID
Firebase Crashlytics — crash reports tagged with your user ID
RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA) — verifying and managing your App Store and Google Play subscription

We do not sell or rent your data to advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers.

5. Offline Data

All your study data is also stored on your device (Hive local database). The app works offline; data syncs when you reconnect. Study reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can turn cloud backup of your study data on or off in Settings → Backup.

6. Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Review log entries are kept in the cloud for at most 24 months. You can delete your account two ways:

From within the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. This is immediate and removes your account, your cloud (Firestore) data and the local data on this device.
By email: write to support@lodlabs.com and your request will be processed within 30 days.

These records are not removed by in-app deletion:

Crash reports (Crashlytics): deleted automatically within 90 days.
Subscription record (RevenueCat): not deleted automatically; write to support@lodlabs.com and it will be deleted within 30 days.
Usage stats (Analytics): not associated with your account ID, so they cannot be matched to your account for deletion; removed when the Google Analytics retention period ends.
Purchase records: kept by Apple and Google under their own terms.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email support@lodlabs.com.

8. Children

The App is designed for medical students preparing for TUS and is not directed at users under 13. If we learn that a user under 13 has provided data, the account is deleted.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
